Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds can be requested for products returned within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

  • Sale, clearance, innerwear, accessories, or non-refundable items are not eligible

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be issued

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos. Feverish will arrange a full refund at no extra cost.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Feverish
